My area of expertise involves working with clients struggling with ADD/ADHD, anxiety/social anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, attachment issues, codependency and substance abuse. I am also neurodivergent affirming & LGBTQ+ affirming. I utilize evidence-based approaches with an individualized focus to help clients achieve their goals. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
